Work description

As a member of the Delivery Services at PM.Ideas, you will fulfil different roles. Beginning as a trainer in both Public Courses and Client-Specific customised courses, you will grow in your role by becoming involved in consulting, coaching and eventually course development. Ultimately, training with the ambition to exceed client expectations will form the backbone of your responsibilities. Our clients range from CEOs and board members to first time project staff.

You will be based in Johannesburg, but work where our clients require, meaning country-wide travels on a regular basis and global trips for shorter stints if necessary.

• has a passion for training and loves to make it practical
• is action orientated with a liking for high tempo
• will fit in a team but is self managed and motivated
• has an interest in developing themselves, their team and the company
