PM.Ideas will be hosting our next Community of Practice on the 15th and 16th May (one session per day)

Coaching your Players to Greatness!
Think about this scenario for a second: You assigned a task to someone and the job does not quite get done well enough - Why does this happen? What is the reason? The success of the players (team members) is directly influenced by the coach (YOU!).

According to Myles Downey, "Coaching is the art of inspiring, energizing, and facilitating the performance, learning and development of the player." During this presentation, Karin Deacon will start your effective coaching journey and share some tips, tools and techniques to assist you in unlocking your players‘ full potential.
