Through this interactive workshop, practical exercises, and real-world scenario’s, you will learn practical strategies and techniques for agile planning and estimation to improve project delivery, team collaboration, and decision-making. Learning Objectives
At the end of this 4 hour Master Class, you will be able to:
- Explain the five levels of agile planning.
- Move from a guesstimate to an estimate.
- Avoid pitfalls in early attempts at estimating
- Apply estimating techniques at Epic, User Story and Task level.
- Understand the need for estimating buffers and other iteration activities.
This Master Class focuses on practical application. You will need to complete 45 minutes of pre-work prior to course start, in order to get the full value out of the Master Class.
