Extensive market research validated that today‘s project team members work in a variety of environments and utilize different approaches. The new exam will test skills necessary to understand project management fundamentals as well as predictive, adaptive and business analysis principles.
This programme prepares candidates for the PMI® CAPM® certification exam including:
- Pre-assessment of eligibility of all candidates prior to course confirmation
- Provision of Application templates, assistance with completion of application‘s, quality check, online application to PMI®
- 3 day Project Management Alignment Course with integrated case study (PM Fundamentals) including application requirements
- 7 x 4 hour evening lectures (once a week) covering covering the Domains as defined in the CAPM Exam Content Outline (ECO) per session including Professional Responsibility and Exam Preparation
- 3 day Project Management Alignment Course (PM Fundamentals) including application requirements
- 5 x 1 day sessions every 2 weeks covering the Domains as defined in the CAPM Exam Content Outline (ECO) per session plus
- 1 day Professional Responsibility and Exam Preparation plus
