The AgileBA® Foundation course has been designed to give Business Analysts the skills they need to successfully gather, analyse, validate and champion the requirements throughout an agile project. It also provides context to the Agile Business Analyst’s role beyond an individual project, focusing on the organisational mission and strategy.
