Specific classes are run virtually - live Instructor Led via GoToTraining and Promote - our Learning Transfer Platform so you can join the classes from anywhere. Alternatively, enquire about our in-person classes which are held at pm.ideas House, Bryanston, Gauteng.
The AgilePM® Foundation Course provides a robust introduction to the Agile Project Management framework, equipping professionals with the knowledge and skills to manage projects effectively in agile environments. Aligned with the latest version 3 (V3), this course emphasizes delivering value, agile leadership, and integrating SCRUM practices for enhanced project outcomes.

Course Requirements
- Duration: 3 days of virtual classroom training, plus 10 hours of pre-course self-study.
- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Evening assignments on Days 1 and 2.
- Examination: 50 multiple-choice questions, conducted on the final day (closed-book; 40 minutes; 50% pass mark).

- Agile team members aspiring to become Agile Project Managers.
- Individuals pursuing the AgilePM® Practitioner certification.
- Professionals aiming to enhance their understanding of agile project management frameworks.

Learning Objectives
Gain a comprehensive understanding of agile project management, including:

Successful candidates will receive an internationally recognised AgilePM® Foundation certificate, which is administered by the APM Group.
