By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

Upon completion of all modules, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion. You will have access to the modules for 90 days.
What is the PMI Talent Triangle?
The PMI Talent Triangle® highlights three critical skill sets that are essential for project management professionals. These skill sets are:
- Ways of Working: This skill set focuses on different approaches to getting work done. It includes traditional (predictive), agile, and hybrid project management methodologies, as well as technical project management skills like scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality control.
- Power Skills: These are interpersonal and leadership skills that help project managers effectively lead teams, communicate, negotiate, and influence stakeholders. Power skills include communication, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Business Acumen: This area emphasizes the importance of understanding the business environment in which projects are executed. It includes strategic and business management skills, such as understanding organizational strategy, industry knowledge, financial acumen, and the ability to align project outcomes with business goals. These three skill sets form a balanced competency framework that project managers need to succeed in today‘s complex and dynamic work environment.
