This course prepares you for the AgileBA Practitioner Certification. The Agile Business Analysis (AgileBA®) is intended to give useful, practical and comprehensive guidance on the role of the Business Analyst working in an agile way (the agile BA). The AgileBA® Practitioner course has been designed to enhance Business Analysts’ skills for gathering, analysing, validating, and championing the requirements throughout an agile project. The Business Analysis Practitioner course provides detailed guidance about how to apply and tailor the AgileBA approach to a given scenario.
What you will learn
- Identifying stakeholders and user types (personae).
- Applying popular agile techniques in a project situation, e.g. MoSCoW prioritisation, timeboxing, modelling, prototyping, and iterative development.
- Gathering, analysing, prioritising and managing requirements for incremental solution delivery.
- Organising and running Facilitated Workshops.
- Creating a limited set of artefacts within the agile lifecycle, such as the Business Case and the Prioritised Requirements List (“PRL”).
- Measuring the benefits of any business and system changes that have been delivered.
