This program has been designed with those new to management / supervisory roles in mind.

This program is tailored to suit your organisational culture and delivered to your new leaders to drive results. 





All classes are run virtually - live Instructor Led via GoToTraining and Promote - our Learning Transfer Platform until further notice.

After a warm-up where we lay the foundation with regards to Leadership and Management, we will run a series of role-play exercises were you and your team will make a quick analysis followed by a role play where you will test your solutions to different leadership situations followed by a short theory where we will show you which model and tools to use in order to handle the situation in the most effective way.

During this module we will also show you how to use the DiSC® model to better understand others (and yourself) and how to adapt your communication/leadership style to different personalities. Exercise driven, fast paced and stimulating, this module will give you loads of take-aways and prepare you for your challenges at work. In between the modules you will practice what you have learned and share your experiences with your peers on the portal. You will also be given a strategy assignment to work with until we meet again.

During the second module, themed “Hard-skills”, we will kick-start with your presentations from your home assignments. Then we will cover some theories and models in Performance Management, Problem Solving and Decision making before we end this module with a package on Effective Meetings and Time Management.
